The Training

The Data-Driven DEI training first addresses the individual themes of diversity, equality, and inclusion. What do these mean for an organization and why are they important? To increase the level of DEI in the organization, as a DEI employee, you can no longer rely on gut feelings, but you need numbers to support your decisions. That's why the training teaches you how to analyze where the organization currently stands, using what is known as a baseline measurement. We discuss which themes are important for an organization and what data you can collect to conduct this measurement.

In the afternoon program, we will start by analyzing the results of the baseline measurement. Which analyses can you perform based on which data, and how can you then translate the insights from these analyses into actions? We will also discuss how to develop a DEI program and how to analyze the effectiveness of this program, adjusting it where necessary. All with the aim of promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization.

Throughout the training, you will learn about the importance of Data-Driven DEI, and through theory, exercises, and practical examples, you will be equipped to take the next step for your organization. After this training, you will know:

  • What our vision is on data-driven DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
  • Which data you can collect for monitoring and steering DEI.
  • How to conduct a DEI baseline measurement based on data.
